Find Your Potential Hosts and Submit the Application Form |

Please note: We use the
Application Form in order to best match you with a family
of your preferences, so please provide us with as much
information as possible.
You're required to enter proposed length of stay, arrival
date, area you want to stay, range of lodging fee, and
other preferences. |

Search our host
members according to your preferences. |
| c. |
Check the search result
and select as many as 20 hosts. with whom you would like
to stay. |
| d. |
Submit electronically the
Application Form. |

Please note: Our Online
Matching System will automatically send an
email
about
your request to those hosts you designated.

If you visit more than one city in Korea,
you are required to make two separate reservations or more. You have to go through the application process from
this STEP 2 again to make respective reservations for each additional place you will visit during your stay in Korea.
[For example] If you're visiting Seoul and Busan, Seoul from Sep. 8 to Sep. 12 and Busan from Sep. 12 to Sep. 15,
you have to make two separate reservations for two different periods. In case you're coming back to Seoul and stay with
the same host for a few days more, we will waive the third placement fee. |

| STEP 3 |
Finalizing Your Reservation |

|
|
|
| a. |
In three days, you will
receive a final notice from us which hosts are available for
you. Before the final notice, you may receive an interm report from us about the availability of the hosts. |
| b. |
Select one among those
available hosts. |
| c. |
Then, our OMS will send a confirming email to the host you finally selected. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
| a. |
You will receive an invoice of your reservation by email in 1-3 days. |
| b. |
Then, pay the lodging fee, the placement
fee of U$30 and other applicable fees. |
| c. |
You
may either pay with your credit card or wire transfer
to our bank account; Korea Exchange Bank, Seosomoon Branch,
Account # 027-18-68279-0 (Swift Code : KOEXKRSE).
Recipient's name is Myeong-Jin Jang. To expedite your application, please use your credit card.
if you wire transfer your payment, it will take 3-4 days until we verify your remittance. |

Please note:
The fees and deposit must be paid before your application
can be processed.
We encourage you to make a payment as soon as
you can, otherwise, your chance of confirming the reservation
with the host of your choice could be decreased. |

| STEP 5 |
Confirmation Information |

|

Once your homestay family
has been confirmed you will receive an e-mail of
your host family's profile. |
| b. |
If time permits we encourage
you to communicate with your host family by e-mail
or regular mail before arriving in Korea. |

| STEP 6 |
Arrival Information |
|
|
|
|
|
| a. |
When your travel arrangements
have been finalized, please visit our Arrival Information
page (you can find this page in "My account" after signing in), and enter your arrival date and time and flight
number. |
| b. |
If your host is supposed
to pick you up at the airport, be sure to contact your
host with full flight details in advance. |

|
|
|
| a. |
A minimum of 15 days
notice is requested so that we have time to match
you correctly to a family of your preferences and similar
interests.
|
| b. |
Although it may be possible
to place you with shorter notice, we cannot guarantee
you the best match, but we will make every effort to
try and match you as close as possible. |
| c. |
If you want to cancel your
reservation, you should notify us of your cancelation
at least 7 days before your departure. |
