It contains the World Peace Gate, the remains of the Mongchon Earthen Fortress, lakes,sculptures and music fountains. All located on an area of 1,670,000㎡. It's main attraction isthe Open-air Sculpture Park with 197 sculptures donated by famous artists from 66 countries. What a wonderful place for a picnic!

Sajik Park ★
Sajikdan is a stone altar, which was erected by King Taejo in 1394 along with palaces andshrines in his new capital, today's Seoul. This park contains Tangun Hall and the Jongno Municipal Library. Up to the hill in the rear of the park, Hwanghakjong (Seoul Tangible Cultural Asset No. 25) and an archery range are located.
