▣ Placement Fee : US$ 50 (Non-refundable) 


※ The placement fee is a deposit payment to start processing your homestay arrangement in       

     Korea. Once you have paid in advance, our coordinator will search and recommend an available 

     host in accordance to your homestay application. The placement fee goes to our coordinator’s 

     service to inspect, check, verify, and introduce the host’s home and family. If you are looking to 

     homestay with multiple hosts, additional placement fees will be required for each number of 

     different hosts.

※ Please note, if you still have not paid the placement fee then your homestay application will 

    remain idle and will be deleted overdue time.

All fees must be paid prior to your arrival date.

 

Example of Calculating Your Fee
If you are staying for 15 nights with a host and you need airport pickup from Inchon Airport,
the total amount you'll have to pay is US$730 = US$50 + US$130 + ( US$40*10 + US$30*5 )
[ Placement fee US$50 + airport pickup US$130 + lodging fee US$550 for 15 nights ]. 

    ※ If you stay with the host for more than 2 months, monthly rates will be applied. 
        You may pay only for the first two months' lodging fee, and pay for the next two months' fee 

        on the first day of that month.
